Hours: Sunrise to Sunset.

Pool Rules:

* Swim at your Own Risk - No lifeguard on Duty
* No Food, No drink, Glass Container or pets permitted
* Shower before entering pool - Proper Swimming attire only
* No running or Horseplay
* Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult
* Management Reserves the right to enforce rules at their own discretion
* Bathing Load: 37 Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
* NO Night Swimming

Gym

8:00 am to 8:00 pm Weekdays
9:00 am to 8:00 pm Weekends

Gym Rules:

* For Resident use only
* Wipe down equipment after use
* No wet bathing suits or bare feet
* Use equipment at your own risk
* Report faulty equipment to leasing office
* Consult your physician or doctor before using any machines or engaging in any
exercise routine
* Acquaint yourself with the use of each machine before using
* Children under the age of 12 are not permitted
* Please be courteous of others. 30 minute limit on machines when others are waiting

Picnic 1: Next to the Main Pool

Picnic 2: In the back of the complex

Hours:

8:00 am to 8:00 pm Weekdays
9:00 am to 8:00 pm Weekends

Picnic Area Rules:

* Remove trash
* Clean up after use
* Turn off charcoal after use
* No alcoholic beverage in picnic area
* No loud speaker/Music
